Delete Your Account

Cash Flow Calendar is operated by Insivika LLC. You can delete your Cash Flow Calendar account and the data in it at any time, from the app or by email.

Delete your account from the app

1. Open Cash Flow Calendar and sign in.
2. Open the menu in the top right, then tap your email address at the bottom of the drawer.
3. Choose Account Settings.
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Delete your account by email

If you cannot sign in, email contact@cashflowcalendar.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm once it is done.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• your profile, name and email address
• every calendar you own, and all of the events in them
• your categories, budgets and recurring series
• your connected bank accounts, and the balances and transactions we hold from them
• your app settings and preferences

This cannot be undone, and we cannot restore a deleted account.

What is kept, and for how long

We keep records of payments and subscriptions, which we are required to hold for accounting and tax purposes. These records are kept for 7 years from the date of the transaction, and then deleted. They contain the amount, the date, and the identifiers our payment providers use for the transaction.

Nothing else is retained.
